Weigh-in Cans and Build Days: Tuesday & Wednesday prior to the event 9:00am - 9:00pm
Voting/viewing opens: Thursday @ 11:00am - 5:15pm (yes, we're trying a Thursday for the first time!)

In 2026, we'll be celebrating the 100-year anniversary of Route 66, and in that spirit, Connections Food and Resource Center is thrilled to announce our themed Grand Can Sculpture Competition!
Theme: Celebrate Route 66!
From Chicago to California, Route 66 is packed with iconic sculptures, vintage cars, and roadside charm. Let that inspire your biggest and best canned sculpture yet! We only have 12 team spots available, so start gathering your team and brainstorming ideas now!
